Transformative learning is a holistic process that places students at the center of their own active and reflective experiences, it not new methodology for instruction, yet its practice has widely been adopted in graphic design education. This paper will examine Melton Gallery rebrand project University Central Oklahoma as case study on how to engage transformative learning, using mentorship initiative focuses tenets leadership research solve problems, discuss hurdles were encountered along way, further promote experiential an effective tool learning.
